REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 5-7 days since the order is delivered; after that time we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know. We’ll handle your issue on a case-by-case basis to make it right.
You should contact our support team via email VIPOpulent@outlook.com within 5-7 days of product delivery. The more information you have about the cause of the problem, the more easily you can help to resolve it. To expedite your request, please include the following information:
-Name On Order
-Your Order Number
-A detailed description of the problem
-Some photos illustrating the issue
-Whether you would prefer a replacement or refund

REFUND & REPLACEMENT
The following reasons are covered by our 5-7 Days FULL Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item.
-Item received is defective/damaged/broken/does not work properly.
-Incorrect or mismatched size.
-Lost/missing items.
-Significantly different from the description
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 5-7 days Refund & Replacement Policy. We are not liable for these issues.
-Request for a refund/replacement is after 5 days of product delivery.
-Pick the wrong size, product, address, etc.
-Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
-Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer’s handling.
-Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us at VIPOpulent@outlook.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 03 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Refunds – Transaction Fee
If you request a refund/cancel after placing an order, a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee is charged by the payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, and credit card issuers) and is non-refundable. We do not receive any portion of this fee.

Refund Time
If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here’s how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:
-Credit Card: Up to 15 business days.
-Paypal: 3 to 12 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
